SPECIAL WORK SESSION of the BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, KENTUCKY January 18, 2005, 4:00 p.m. I, Mayor Elaine N. Walker of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky, pursuant to KRS 83A.150(4), do hereby call a special work session of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18, 2005 in the Fiscal Court Room at the Warren County Courthouse, 429 E. 10th Avenue for the following: A. Presentation of the Six-Year Highway Plan by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. B. Review and discuss the Kentucky Open Meetings Act, KRS 61.800 to 61.850 and 61.991. C. Review and discuss the Employee Healthcare Fund and Insurance Program. D. Review and discuss proposal for Shawnee Neighborhood Traffic Control. There will be no action by the Board of Commissioners at this special work session.
