Audit Overview - Review of annual City financial audit for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2022 with outside auditor Joe Verlin of Gabridge & Company, PLC - Copies of the audit are available for review online at http://www.cityofboynecity.com/annual- audit-150/ or at City Hall or the Boyne District Library. B. Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Award Presentation of 2021 Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting C. 4th of July Reservation Request Consider the Recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to approve the request of the 4th of July Festival to use the City Hall 2nd floor balcony and possible other 2nd floor areas on the 4th of July each year, working out necessary details with the City Manager or his/her designee consistent with this memo. D. Main Street Executive Director Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to approve the Main Street Board’s employment of Ingrid Day as the new Boyne City Main Street Executive Director as recommended by the Main Street Board. E. 2023 Special Liquor Licenses Consider the recommendation from Boyne City Main Street Board to apply for a special event liquor license for Boyne Thunder and the Boyne City Farmers Market Food Truck Rally on the dates and locations specified above. F. Michigan Main Street Agreement Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to approve the Michigan Main Street Program Community Requirements and Expectations Agreement as proposed and authorize the City Manager to sign it on behalf of the City. G. 2023 Patrol Car Purchase Consider the recommendation from Chief of Police Kevin Spate to authorize the City Manager or his designee, to sign a purchase agreement for a 2023 Police Interceptor SUV from McCandless Ford in Pennsylvania for a total of $46,165 to be paid and delivered after May 1st 2023. H. Newspaper of Record Consider the recommendation from City Clerk/Treasurer Jessica Puroll to approve the City of Boyne City utilize the Charlevoix County News as the newspaper of record. 10.
