Well 3 Additional Improvements Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to approve accepting the quote of Northern Pump and Well of Lansing to complete the interior piping component replacement specified for Well #3 at a price of $26,450.25. Closed Session Request Consider the request of the City Manager to go into closed session for a periodic personnel evaluation of a public officer as provided in MCL 15.268 (a) of the Michigan Open Meetings Act (PA 267 of 1976). 10.
