bottle with a $50 truck charge for a total not to exceed $1,330.

A. F-350 Pick-up Truck Purchase Recommendation
Consider the recommendation from Director of Public Works & Utilities Doug Varney to approve the
purchase order contract for a 2024 Ford F-350 Dual Wheel 4X 4 Pick-up Truck to Bob Mathers
Ford of Boyne City MI in an amount not-to-exceed $52,611.20 per the quotation dated 8/17/2023
and to authorize the City Manager to execute the necessary documents.

Consider the request from City Manager Michael Cain to go into closed session for discussion of
collective bargaining strategy as provided in MCL 15.323 (a) of the Michigan Open Meetings Act
