Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment – Second Reading Consider the recommendation from Planning Director Scott McPherson to adopt the proposed amendment to the Boyne City Zoning Ordinance section 3.20K. B. Rivermouth Pump Station – Pump 1 & 2 Replacement Recommendation Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to authorize C2AE to proceed with their replacement of pumps 1 and 2 of the Rivermouth pump station as outlined in C2AE’s Bill Kimble’s attached 09/04/2024 memo at no cost to the City. 9. NEW BUSINESS A. Lake Charlevoix Association Shoreline Demonstration Gardens Recommendation Consider the recommendation from the Parks and Recreation Commission to approve the updated Lake Charlevoix Association Shoreline Demonstration Gardens plan with the proposed amendments recommended by the Parks and Recreation Commission. B. Planning Commission Appointments Confirm the following appointments to the Boyne City Planning Commission by Mayor Tim Nemecek. • Nicole Moblo with a term ending May 1, 2027 • Mark Yallup with a term ending May 1, 2027 • Mike LeMay with a term ending May 1, 2025 C.
