The Agenda was approved unanimously with addition and removal of:
Addition of letter sent by Jeff Clark
SINK HOLE – 4600 Block of 37 th Street
Town Administrator Reginald Bagley reported on the current sinkhole situation. WSSC is determining
the extent of sewage piping in the area and will know by early next week. Town Administrator
recommends the approval of $10,000.00 maximum to be used if needed and only if WSSC determents
that it is not their responsibility to fix the sinkhole. Also recommends that some of those funds go for the
creation of a steel plate to securely cover the hole in case it takes longer to hear from WSSC.
Motion to approve the usage of $10,000.00 max, taken from the highway user funds, if needed to fix the
sink hole by Council Member Jennifer Murphy seconded by Vice Mayor Jennifer Kravassi. Approval
unanimous.
CPA Proposal- Services Proposal
Mayor Rocio Treminio-Lopez opened discussion expressing the need to Mr. Lightfield’s services. Council
Member Jennifer Murphy made a motion to approve that his services should not exceed $15,000.00.
Seconded by VM Kravassi. In discussion, the agreed upon maximum amount was reduced to
$10,000.00.

Council Meeting
Move to approve CPA Services by Mike Lightfield not to exceed $10,000.00, to be taken from the
treasurer salary line item, once a new scope of work is identified. Motion amended by Council Member
Jennifer Murphy, amendment seconded by Vice Mayor Jennifer Kravassi. Approved unanimously.
EMAIL- Jeff Clark of Perry Street
Email read verbatim by Vice Mayor Jennifer Kravassi. Town Administrator explained some of the
background of the letter. As well as earlier conversation that had involved the Board of Elections the
Ethics Committee and Jeff Clark, but separately. The end result was that the Board of Elections felt there
was no need to delay the submission deadline since there was no requirement to distribute the forms at
the same time as petitions were received. The forms can be given on a later date. No action taken,
Council Member Jason Barnett will speak to Mr. Clark.
Motion to adjourn meeting. Approved.
