Approved by voice vote, all in favor. ORDINANCE READING: Ordinance 2016-02 FY’17 Budget read by the Treasurer, Shelley Gaylord There was a correction to the Ordinance. Section 4. Multi-dwelling was removed due to the fact that it is a fee and not a tax. Motion to amend original Ordinance to remove Section 4. Multi-dwelling. Motion made by Vice Mayor Clark, seconded by Council Member Morlan. Approved by voice vote, all in favor.
