Motion made by Vice Mayor Clark seconded by Council Member Olano. Approved by voice vote, all in favor. Council Member Morlan, Council Member Olano and Mayor Treminio-Lopez in favor. Vice Mayor Clark abstains. Public Comments- No one Present FY 2018 Constant Yield Tax Rate- Motion to accept the Tax Rate at 0.400% for FY 2018. Motion made by Council Member Morlan, seconded by Council Member Olano. Approved by roll call, Council Member Morlan, Council Member Olano and Mayor Treminio-Lopez in favor. Vice Mayor Clark abstains because he believes residents didn’t know we are setting it today and that the budget was not completed to know how much would be needed. LINE REVIEW OF FY’18 BUDGET Any changes made to the proposed budget will be reflected below. GENERAL GOVEMENT: Salary and Benefits- Town Administrator requested that we move towards a Salary Scale in the future. Admin/ Expenditures 5-1067- change name to Cell Phone and the amount to $500 5-1207- changed to $1,200 5-1245- changed to $4,000 TOTAL $175,125.00 Gen Gov.
