Motion made by Council Member Harrison seconded by Council Member Morlan. Approved by voice vote. All in favor NEW BUSINESS Municipal Election Report by Chief Election Judge Report was provided by the Chief Election Judge AC Warden. She also requested the creation of a committee to revise the charter, specifically the election section. Certification of Election Motion to certify the Election results. Motion made by Council Member Morlan seconded by Council Member Olano. Approved by voice vote, all in favor. Presentation of Appreciation to the Election Judges- Certificates were presented to the Election Judges by the Mayor. Amusement Contract for Brentwood Day Motion to approve the service agreement with Talk of the Town in the amount of $2080. Motion made by Council Member Harrison seconded by Council Member Olano. Approved by roll call, all in favor. Council Member Harrison, Council Member Morlan, Council Member Olano and Mayor Treminio-Lopez in favor. RECESS FOR SWEARING-IN COUNCIL COMMENTS Mayor Treminio-Lopez- Wants to thank Vice Mayor Clark for his time served and took a moment to introduce the new Council. Council Member Morlan- Appreciates the last two years she got to serve and thanks the staff and their hard work.
