TOWN COUNCIL WORK SESSION Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 7:00 PM Bristol Town Hall Council Chamber MINUTES CALL MEETING TO ORDER - Bristol Town Council President Jeff Beachy called the work session to order at 7:00pm on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - led by Gregg Tuholski ROLL CALL Members present: Doug DeSmith, Dean Rentfrow, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy Others in attendance: Town Manager Mike Yoder, Legal Counsel Alex Bowman, Town Marshal Steve Priem, Fire Chief Nik Kantz, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Jill Swartz Absent: Cathy Antonelli (Clerk-Treasurers conference session) APPROVAL OF AGENDA stands as published. REPORTS TOWN MANAGER Mike Yoder Town Manager Mike Yoder introduced Robert Heiden and Ken Jones from JPR, who spoke to the new development standards. Discussion followed. (Technical issues;video lost sound from 1:58 - 6:42). System development charges, connection fees were also reviewed and discussed. Mike Yoder to reach out to Baker Tilly for more detail on the charges.
