CITY OF BRISTOL, TENNESSEE MINUTES OF THE BEER BOARD MEETING HELD May 15, 2019 BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT CITY EMPLOYEES PRESENT Mr. Craig Kistner – Chairman Chief Blaine Wade Mr. Vincent Turner Captain Walter Brown Mr. Michael Ketron Lt. Brian Hess Mr. Robert Greeson Ms. Danielle Kiser, City Attorney Ms. Kristen Olinger Call to order - At approximately 5:00 pm on May 15, 2019, Mr. Kistner, Chairman of the Beer Board for the Beer Board for the City of Bristol, Tennessee, called the meeting to order in the conference room of the Ewell L. Easley Municipal Bldg., located at 104 Eighth St., Bristol Tennessee. Review of Minutes - Board members reviewed minutes from the March 20, 2019 meeting and the minutes were approved as read. NEW BUSINESS ACM Fatz Cafe, 1175 Volunteer Pkwy, Bristol, TN: Ms. Pierce appeared before the board to request an on- premises permit due to an ownership change. Captain Brown advised the board that the application is in order, all fees have been paid, and employees have completed required education through the state. Captain Brown confirmed there have been no adverse issues for the business. Chairman Kistner called for questions from those present and the board members. With none presented, Mr. Turner made a motion to approve and Mr. Greeson seconded the motion. The motion was passed unanimously by the board. With no other new business, Chairman Kistner advised the board that the position for Vice Chairman is now open due to Mr. Jason Walden relocating outside of Bristol City limits. Mr. Turner nominated Mr. Ketron to fill the chair. Chairman Kistner called for a vote and all members agreed. OLD BUSINESS - None PENDING BUSINESS - None Captain Brown confirmed the next meeting will be held on June, 19 2019. With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
