MINUTES OF THE BRISTOL TENNESSEE CITY COU elL WORK SESSIO March 20, 2012 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor David Shumaker on Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Annex. Members of the City Council present were David Shumaker, Joel Staton, Michelle Dolan, Margaret Feierabend, and Ben Zandi. Staff members present included Jeff Broughton, City Manager; Jack Hyder, City Attorney; and Tara Musick, Finance Director. The agenda for the meeting included the following item of discussion, with no formal action being taken by City Council: I. Review of the draft Fiscal 2013 Goals and Objectives Program.
