MINUTES OF THE BRISTOL TE NESSEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION November 20, 2012 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Joel Staton on Tuesday, November 20,2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Annex. Members of the City Council present were Joel Staton, Ben Zandi, Michelle Dolan, Margaret Feierabend, and David Shumaker. Staff members present included Jeff Broughton, City Manager; Jack Hyder, City Attorney; and Shari Brown, Director of Community Development. The agenda for the meeting included the following item of discussion, with no formal action being taken: I. Review of Land Use Plan and Policy; 2. Discussion on the 2013 Joint Legislative Policy of the Tri-Cities; and 3. Policy on board appointments.
