Members of the City Council present were Joel Staton, Ben Zandi, Michelle Dolan, Margaret Feierabend, and David Shumaker. Staff members present included City Manager Jeff Broughton, City Attorney Jack Hyder, Finance Director Tara Musick, Human Resources Director Belva Hale, and Accounting Manager Hollie Verran. The agenda for the meeting included the following item of discussion, with no formal action being taken: 1. Review of the proposed Fiscal2014 Budget.
