Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee Cify Council Work Session April 25,2017 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Chad Keen on Tuesday, April25,201.6 at 10:10 a.m. in The Lodge at Steele Creek Park. Members of the City Council present were Mayor Chad Keen, Vice Mayor Jack Young, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. Staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Kiser, Finance Director Tara Musick, Accounting Manager Hollie Verran, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Planning and Community Development Brian Rose, Public Works Director Tim Beavers, Police Chief Blaine Wade, Fire Chief Bob Barnes, Parks and Recreation Director Teny Napier, Community Relations Director Terrie Talbert, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, and Information Technology Specialist Robert Lucas.
