Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session February 25, 2020 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Margaret Feierabend on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 11:02 a.m. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Margaret Feierabend, Vice Mayor Mahlon Luttrell, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Finance Tara Musick, Accounting Manager Hollie Verran, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Fire Chief Mike Carrier, Police Captain Walter Brown, Planning Services Manager Cherith Young, and Information Technology Specialist Greg Cross. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Presentation of Adverse Childhood Experiences(ACES's) 2.
