Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Called Work Session May 9, 2024 The City Council called work session was brought to order by Mayor Vince Turner on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 9:03 A.M. in the downstairs classroom of the Steele Creek Park Nature Center. Members of City Council present included Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Mahlon Luttrell, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. Vice Mayor Mark Hutton arrived at approximately 12:15 P.M. City staff members present included City Manager Kelli Bourgeois, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Finance Hollie Verran, Accounting and Budget Manager Sheridan Perumal, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Planning Services Cherith Young, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Parks and Recreation Mike Mains, Director of Community Engagement and Events Terry Napier, Director of IT Savio Dias, Director of Engineering Brian Ramsey, Fire Chief Mike Carrier, Police Chief Matt Austin, Director of Public Services Wes Ritchie, Director of Utilities Services Mark Quickel, and Director of General Services Russell Whitaker.
