Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session May 28, 2024 The City Council work session was brought to order by Mayor Vince Turner on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 5:00 P.M. in the conference room of the Ewe!! Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Vince Turner, Vice Mayor Mark Hutton, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Mahlon Luttrell, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Kelli Bourgeois, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Planning Services Cherith Young, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Parks and Recreation Mike Mains, Director of Finance Hollie Verran, Accounting and Budget Manager Sheridan Perumal, Director of Engineering Brian Ramsey, Transportation Planning Manager Tyler Gillenwater, Transportation and Mobility Planning Manager Micah Bray, and IT Manager Greg Cross.
