Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session November 19, 2024 The City Council work session was brought to order by Mayor Vince Turner on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 5:02 P.M. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilman Mahlon Luttrell. City staff members present included City Manager Kelll Bourgeois, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Planning Services Cherith Young, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Parks and Recreation Mike Mains, Director of Community Engagement and Events Terry Napier, Director of Utilities MarkQuickel, Director of Engineering Brian Ramsey, Director of General Services Russell Whitaker, Police Chief Matt Ausin, Fire Chief Mike Carrier, and Director of IT Savio Dias. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken.
