Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session January 28 & 30,2025 The City Council work session was brought to order by Mayor Mark Hutton on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 5:00P.M. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Hutton, Councilwoman Rae Akard, and Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend. City staff members present included City Manager Kelli Bourgeois, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Planning Services Cherith Young, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Utilities Mark Quickel, Director of Finance Hollie Verran, Director of General Services Russell Whitaker, Police Chief Matt Austin, and IT Network Technician Nick Fugate. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken.
