Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session February 25, 2025 The City Council work session was brought to order by Mayor Mark Hutton on Tuesday, February 25, 2025; at 5:00 P.M. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Mark Hutton, Vice Mayor VInce Turner, Councilwoman Rae Akard, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Kelli Bourgeois, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Planning Services Cherith Young, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Utilities Mark Quickel, Director of Finance Hollie Verran, Police Chief Matt Austin, Fire Chief Mike Carrier, Director of Public Works Brian Ramsey, Director of Community Engagement and Events Terry Napier, Director of Parks and Recreation Mike Mains, and IT Network Technician Nick Fugate.
