Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session May 22, 2025 The City Council work session was brought to order by Mayor Mark Hutton on Tuesday, May 22, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. In the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Mark Hutton, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Rae Akard, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Kelli Bourgeois, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Planning Services Cherith Young, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttreli, Director of Finance Hollie Verran, Accounting and Budget Manager Sheridan Perumal, Fire Chief Mike Carrier, Director of Community Engagement and Events Terry Napier, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Parks and Recreation Mike Mains, Director of General Services Russell Whitaker, and Senior IT Manager Greg Cross. Director of Schools Dr. Annette Tudor was also present. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken.
