Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Called Work Session May 30, 2025 The City Council work session was brought to order by Mayor Mark Hutton on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 2:30 P.M. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Mark Hutton, Vice Mayor VInce Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend and Councilwoman Lea Powers. Councilwoman Rae Akard arrived at 3:11 P.M. City staff members present included City Manager Kelli Bourgeois, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Finance Hollie Verran, Accounting and Budget Manager Sheridan Perumal, Police Chief Matt Austin, Fire Chief Mike Carrier, Director of Community Engagement and Events Terry Napier, Director of Parks and Recreation Mike Mains, Legal Intern Elijah Uecker, and IT Network Technician Nick Fugate. The agenda for the meeting included the following Items for discussion, with no formal action being taken.
