Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session August 26| 2025 The City Council work session was brought to order by Vice Mayor VInce Turner on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present Included Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Rae Akard, Councllwoman Margaret Feierabend and Councilwoman Lea Powers. Mayor Mark Hutton was absent. City staff members present included City Manager Kelll Bourgeois, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Planning Services Cherith Young, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Parks and Recreation Mike Mains, Director of General Services Russell Whitaker, Director of Finance Hollie Verran, Police Major Terry Johnson, and IT Network Technician Nick Fugate.
