Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session October 28, 2025 The City Council work session was brought to order by Mayor Vince Turner on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Vince Turner, Vice Mayor Lea Powers, Councilwoman Rae Akard, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilman Matt Slagle.
