Pursuant to Section 551.127, Texas Government Code, one or more Commissioners or employees may attend this meeting remotely using videoconferencing technology. A recording of the meeting will be made and will be available to the public in accordance to the Open Meetings Act. **************** CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER CITIZEN COMMUNICATION GENERAL The first ten (10) speakers who register to speak no later than noon the day before the meeting will be allowed a three-minute allotment to address their concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda. 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. December 10, 2021 – Offered for consent approval. 2. PUBLIC HEARINGS A.1 Public Hearing and Action to approve the 2022 Historic Preservation Plan under certain staff recommendations. Districts D3 & D4 Request: Annual Preservation Plan. Approval under certain staff recommendations. Applicant: Current property owners with qualified historic buildings. City Staff: Juan Velez, Historic Preservation Office, 956-548-6142. Staff recommendation: The buildings that qualified to potential tax exemption are listed and shown during the meeting. Some of them will require a written confirmation from the owners that they agree to fix minor damage. Due to the situation of the Covid-19 disease and its variants, the deadline to carry out said maintenance will be until June 16, 2022. 3. COMMISSION AND STAFF REPORTS 4. ADJOURNMENT
