REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS
3.I. Consider the acceptance of a donation from Damiell Korte, Owner/Speech
Pathologist with Empowering Connections, of seven (7) communication
boards to be installed at Bulverde Community Park.
Motion: Mayor Krawietz made a motion seconded by Council Member, Place 3
Hughes to Approve. Motion carried (6) ayes to (0) nays.
3.II. Consider appointing Tony Doyle to the Parks and Recration Advisory Board
to replace Connie Meeks who resigned her position on January 27, 2023.
Motion: Council Member, Place 5 Bullock made a motion seconded by Mayor
Krawietz to Approve. Motion carried (6) ayes to (0) nays.
3.III. Consider approving the adding of city employees Ronda Phipps and Ashley
Gohlke to the City Bank Accounts as signers.
Motion: Council Member, Place 6 Salmon made a motion seconded by Council
Member, Place 1 Morkovsky to Approve. Motion carried (6) ayes to (0)
nays.
3.IV. Consider an ordinance approving a special use permit for 691 Belle Oaks
Ranch, Bulverde, Texas 78163 to permit a water booster station.
Motion: Mayor Krawietz made a motion seconded by Council Member, Place 6
Salmon to Approve. Motion carried (6) ayes to (0) nays.
3.V. Consider an ordinance approving a variance to Section 17.06.009, Code of
Ordinances of the City of Bulverde, Texas, pertaining to mitigation of
removed trees on 10.644 acres at 2376 Bulverde Road, Bulverde, Texas
78163.
Motion: Council Member, Place 5 Bullock made a motion seconded by Council
Member, Place 3 Hughes to Approve. Motion carried (6) ayes to (0)
nays.
3.VI. Consider an ordinance approving a variance to Section 17.05.003, Code of
Ordinances of the City of Bulverde, Texas, pertaining to total impervious
cover developed on a property in the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone on
10.644 acres at 2376 Bulverde Road, Bulverde, Texas 78163.
Motion: Council Member, Place 5 Bullock made a motion seconded by Council
Member, Place 6 Salmon to Deny. Motion carried (2) ayes to (4) nays.
Motion: Council Member, Place 2 Chapman made a motion seconded by
Council Member, Place 1 Markovsky to Table. Motion carried (6) ayes to (0)
nays.
3.VII. Consider approval of the City Council Meeting Minutes for the meeting held
March 14, 2023 and March 21, 2023
Motion: Mayor Krawietz made a motion seconded by Council Member, Place 1
Morkovsky to Approve. Motion carried (6) ayes to (0) nays.

INTEREST
EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 8:57 P.M. the City Council convened into Executive Session to discuss the following:
6.I. Pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071, the City Council shall
convene in a closed session to conduct a private consultation with the
City’s attorney regarding pending or contemplated litigation, specifically:
A. Claims against Pape Dawson Consulting Engineers
B. Claims against the City by Lynn Phillips
C. Claims against the City by Josiah Diaz
At 9:08 P.M. the City Council reconvened from Executive Session and took the
following action on items discussed in Executive Session. No Action Taken
ADJOURNMENT
9:08 P.M.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was
adjourned.
