CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Bill Krawietz called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
Members of City Council Present:

Council Member Christopher Goth, Place 6
Members of City Council Absent:
Mayor Pro Tem Mark Morkovsky, Place 1
Council Member Charles Hughes, Place 3
Council Member Joe Alexandre, Place 5
City Staff Present: City Manager Charles West, City Secretary Sandra V. Ham, and
Public Works Director Tim Parker
REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS
2.A. Discussion and possible action on road maintenance at Deerfield Terrace.
Motion: Mayor Krawietz made a motion seconded by Council Member, Place 4
Hays to approve the use of fog seal for the road maintenance at
Deerfield Terrace, up to a project cost of $11,500.
Vote: Motion carried (4) ayes to (0) nays.
Motion: Mayor Krawietz made a motion seconded by Council Member, Place 6
Goth to table possible action to approve the use of chip seal for the road
maintenance at Deerfield Terrace until the first City Council meeting in
February 2025.
Vote: Motion carried (4) ayes to (0) nays.
ADJOURNMENT
6:51 PM
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was
adjourned.

to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of
land acquisition, litigation, Economic Development negotiations, or personnel matters as listed on this agenda.
The City Council may also announce it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, to receive advice from
Legal Counsel regarding any other items on this agenda.
