NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 5:30 PM New Braunfels Civic Center 375 South Castell Avenue, New Braunfels, TX 78130 Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, V.T.C.A., Local Government Code, notice is hereby given of a possible quorum of the City of Bulverde City Council*, which may or may not be in attendance at the following event: AAMPO/TXDOT Meeting for Public Input on Improvements to FM 1863 Tuesday, June 17, 2025 – 5:30pm New Braunfels Civic Center 375 South Castell Avenue, New Braunfels, TX 78130 This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council* and is only an informational meeting. Although this gathering is not a meeting pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act and a quorum of the members of the Council may or may not be available to attend this gathering, this notice is being posted as a precaution. While matters of official City business will be discussed, no formal business or action will be conducted or taken by the City Council of the City of Bulverde, Texas, during this event. Any action based upon the data observed or discussed during this meeting may be the subject of subsequent, properly posted public meetings. This Notice is being timely posted to comply with all State statutes (including the Texas Open Meetings Act) concerning open government and open meetings.
