OLD BUSINESS 5.1 Continued Discussion of Housing Element Action Item A2.1-7- Inclusionary Housing In-Lieu Fee Nexus Study Committee member Pinsky reached out to several cities and did not receive any responses. Discussion ensues about examples from Breckenridge, CO and Palo Alto, CA. Discussion ensues regarding the city owned property on Earl and Eddie Street. The committee requests further discussion of the possibility of developing Earl and Eddie, an update on the Housing Fund, and other potential sites for affordable housing development. Discussion continues about affordable housing in-lieu fees and the possibility of eliminating the option for developers to pay in-lieu fees instead of requiring a developer to build affordable housing. Committee members agree to continue with the nexus study to determine the appropriate in-lieu fees for affordable housing. The committee requests that the City of Napa Housing Authority to present at a coming meeting. 5.2 Update on Development Projects within the City Staff member Clark presents the report of Entitlement Applications and City Projects 6.
