Special Meeting

City Council – Convenes for Special Meeting The Canistota City Council met in Special Session, Monday, March 20, 2023 at 6:15 PM in the Community Room of City Hall. City Council Members present: Mayor Justin Engbarth, Brad Miller, Jessica Kerher, Donovan O’Donnell and Jamie Miller. Others present: Maintenance Supervisor, Darin Nugteren, Finance Officer, Kathy Townsend, and Maintenance Assistant Brandon Dolejsi. The agenda was approved as presented on a motion by B. Miller, second by Kerher, all voted yes, the motion was approved. At 6:16 PM, Kerher motioned to enter into executive session for communication with legal counsel per SDCL 1-25-2 (3) second by O’Donnell, all voted yes, the motion carried. Mayor Engbarth declared executive session over at 7:07 PM with the Council convening in open session. There were no citizen concerns. B. Miller motioned, second by O’Donnell to adjourn the meeting at 7:08 PM, all voted yes, the motion carried. The next regular meeting of the Canistota City Council will be Monday, April 3, 2023 at 6 PM in the Community Room of City Hall. All are welcome.
