BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes A Board of Control meeting was held Friday, November 13, 2020 at 1:00 PM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 1:03 PM. Director of Public Service John Highman and Director of Public Safety Andrea Perry were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 11/13/2020 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 159/2020 Enter into a construction contract with Standard Plumbing & Heating Co. in the amount of $31,528.00 utilizing CRF funds for building improvements to facilitate outside air circulation with the replacement of three roof top units at Fire Station No. 1. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced contract. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. Adjournment: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Meeting adjourned: 1:04 PM
