BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes A Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 9:00 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 9:01 AM. Director of Public Service John Highman and Director of Public Safety Andrea Perry were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 12/8/2020 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 232/2020 Enter into Contract Amendment No. 1 with RA Engineering, Inc. for Master Plans Examiner services in order to increase the maximum hours per week for plan examiner services from 16 to 21 hours. The total cost of compensation will increase from a maximum of $54,080.00 to $67,795.00 for the first three-year term of the agreement and from $57,408.00 to $71,967.00 for the second three-year term of the agreement. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced contract amendment. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried.
