BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes A Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 9:00 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 9:02 AM. The Director of Public Safety, Andrea Perry and the Director of Public Service, John Highman were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was excused. Andy Roth filled in for for Ms. Wise. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 11/2/2021 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 244/2020 Award and enter into a construction contract with Northstar Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of $534,893.00 for the Paving Program Phase 2 – 3rd St. SE Resurfacing Project, GP1339. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Director Highman made a motion to approve the above referenced agreement. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. 2. Ordinance 53/2021 Award and enter into a construction contract with Stanley Miller Construction Company in the amount of $1,187,552.78 for the Market Ave. S. Streetscape Project, GP 1319, Phase 2. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced agreement. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried.  Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced agreement. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried.
