SPECIAL BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes A Special Board of Control meeting was held Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Director of Public Safety Andrea Perry called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM. Director of Public Service John Highman was present. Board President, Mayor Bernabei was excused. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 5/11/2022 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 109/2022 Enter into Contract Amendment No. 1 with Wi-Fiber, LLC in the amount of $3,596.00 per month or $43,152.00 per year for the purchase of additional cloud storage as a result of extra cameras added to the exiting neighborhood security camera system. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Director Perry made a motion to approve the above referenced contract amendment. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 2 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. 2. Ordinance 109/2022 Enter into a professional service contract with Wi-Fiber, LLC for the purchase and installation of fifty (50) Genetec camera licenses in the amount of $11,000.00, in addition to the purchase and installation of nine (9) cameras, two (2) license plate readers and hardware in the amount of $134,010.00 for additional security camera coverage in the Northeast quadrant of the city.
