BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes A Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 9:00 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 9:03 AM. Director of Public Safety Andrea Perry and Director of Public Service John Highman were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. Visitors present were Donn Angus and Mark Crouse. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 9/27/2022 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 69/2022 Award and enter into contract with S.A. Comunale Co. Inc. in the amount of $105,997.00 for the Demolition and Installation of One Steam Boiler at the Civic Center for the Building Maintenance Department. Discussion: Director Highman stated that this is the final boiler to be replaced at the Civic Center. This project will be paid for with ARPA funds. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced contract. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried.
