BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes The Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 9:00 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM. Director of Public Service John Highman and Director of Public Safety Andrea Perry were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 2/28/2023 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 214/2020 Enter into Change Order No. 1 & Final with The Shelly Company for a cost reduction in the amount of $21,037.08 for the Cleveland Ave. Water Main Replacement Project, in order to close out the project, resulting in a new contract amount of $2,433,589.81. Discussion: Per Katie Wise, this change order is to reflect Change Order No. 3 & Final, not Change Order No. 1 & Final as indicated incorrectly above. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced change order. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. Adjournment: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Meeting adjourned: 9:02 AM Director Perry seconded.
