BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes The Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 9:00 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 9:02 AM. Director of Public Service, John Highman and Director of Public Safety, Andrea Perry were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 6/13/2023 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 91/2021 Enter into a contact amendment with ICAN Housing, Inc. utilizing $115,365.95 in ESG funds for Homeless Prevention, in order to extend the contract expenditure deadline from June 30, 2023 to July 31, 2023. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced amendment. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. 2. Ordinance 176/2022 Enter into a contact amendment with ICAN Housing, Inc. utilizing $125,364.65 in ESG funds for Homeless Prevention, in order to extend the contract start date from July 1, 2023 to August 1, 2023 and also extend the contract expenditure deadline from June 30, 2024 to July 31, 2024. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced amendment. Director Highman seconded.  Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced amendment. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. 3. Ordinance 276/2022 Enter into a 24-month professional services agreement with Agile Network Builders, LLC dba Agile Networks in the amount of $6,526.00 per month for Wide Area Network and Internet Services on the continued last mile of service of 16 existing network connections. Discussion: Director Highman stated that this will conclude the last mile of connection for all City buildings until the new network is built. This will give us 24 months to get the network ready. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced agreement. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried.
