BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes The Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 8:30 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Sherer called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM. Director of Public Service, John Highman and Director of Public Safety, Andrea Perry were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 2/18/2025 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 60/2023 Enter into a contract amendment with Community Building Partnership in order to amend the contract expenditure deadline from February 28, 2025 to June 30, 2025 for the Down Payment Assistance program utilizing HOME funds. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Sherer made a motion to approve the above referenced amendment. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. 2. Ordinance 259/2024 Enter into a one-year professional services agreement with RT Fox, LLC dba Connecting Point in the amount of $81,800.00 for license agreements on the Microsoft Exchange, Defender, Office 365 and Azure plans for the City’s email system, online threat protection and file storage for the IT Department. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Sherer made a motion to approve the above referenced agreement.  Discussion: No discussion.
