BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes The Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 8:30 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Sherer called the meeting to order at 8:32 AM. Director of Public Service, John Highman and Director of Public Safety, Andrea Perry were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 2/25/2025 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 21/2025 Enter into a professional services agreement with Verdantas, LLC in the amount of $79,100.00 for the engineering design and study on the 2nd St. & Orchard Ave. NE Area Sanitary Sewer Replacement, GP1440. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Sherer made a motion to approve the above referenced agreement. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. 2. Ordinance 259/2024 Award and enter into contract with Equix Integrity, Inc. in the amount of $721,893.95 for the 2025 Large Diameter Sewer Cleaning, Televising and Inspection Project. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Sherer made a motion to approve the above referenced contract. Director Highman seconded.  Motion: Mayor Sherer made a motion to approve the above referenced contract. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. Adjournment: Mayor Sherer made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Meeting adjourned: 8:35 AM
