SPECIAL BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes The Special Board of Control meeting was held Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 3:00 PM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Sherer called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM. Director of Public Safety, Andrea Perry was present. Director of Public Service, John Highman was excused. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 3/19/2025 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 259/2024 Enter into a one (1) year contract with the Schauer Group, Inc. in the amount of $394,800.00 for property insurance for City owned buildings. The policy will be effective March 31, 2025 to March 31, 2026. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Sherer made a motion to approve the above referenced contract. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 2 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. Adjournment: Mayor Sherer made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Director Perry seconded.
