Ordinance 50/2023 Enter into Change Order No. 1 with Cavanaugh Building Corporation in the amount of $3,910.00 for the Fire Station #7 Renovation Project, due to the additional cost for the removal of old floor grates and the installation of new grates, resulting in a new contract amount of $791,910.00. Discussion: Katie Wise explained that this item was presented to the Board of Control for approval last week, however there was a typo in the dollar amount. The correct new contract amount is $791,910.00. Motion: Director Highman made a motion to approve the above referenced change order. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 2 yeas 0 nays Motion carried.
