Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Acquire For Public Purposes A Partial Acquisition Of One Tract Of Land (Improved By Partial Paving Of The Southern Half Of the Parcel) Located At 1214 Crowley Circle And The Consideration Of The Use Of Eminent Domain To Acquire The Property. *18.
