Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Execute A Contract With Garrett Demolition, Inc. For Building Demolition At 1603 East Crosby Road Through An Interlocal Agreement With The City Of Fort Worth In An Amount Not To Exceed $63,060.00. Consider A Resolution To Bind Coverage With Texas Municipal League Inter-Governmental Risk Pool For Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Law Enforcement Liability, Errors And Omissions Liability, Crime, Automobile Liability, Automobile Physical Damage, Real And Personal Property, And Mobile Equipment In An Amount Not To Exceed $675,453 Effective October 1, 2017. *17. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into An Agreement With Infrastructure Management Services, Inc. (IMS) For Pavement Analysis Services In An Amount Not To Exceed $138,066.00. *18. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Negotiate And Execute A First Amendment To The Purchase And Sale Agreement With SCFRC-HW-G For 1.12 Acres Of Land At 1439 And 1435 West Trinity Mills Road. Conduct A Public Hearing On The Proposed 2017 Property Tax Increase And Proposed Operating And Capital Budget For The Fiscal Year October 1, 2017 Through September 30, 2018. 20. Hold A Public Hearing And Consider An Ordinance To Amend The Zoning On An Approximately 14.62-Acre Tract And A Portion Of The Crosby Road Right-Of-Way Located On The South Side Of Crosby Road Approximately 380 Feet West Of IH-35E, From The (FWY) Freeway And (LI) Light Industrial Districts To A Planned Development District For The (LI) Light Industrial District With Special Development Standards; Amending The Official Zoning Map Accordingly. Hold A Public Hearing And Consider An Ordinance To Amend The Zoning On An Approximately 11.261-Acre Tract Zoned (O-2) Office District And (LR-2) Local Retail District, Located On The South Side Of Parker Road/FM 544 And Approximately 790 Feet West Of Josey Lane, To Establish A Planned Development District To Allow For The (SF-5/12) Single-Family Detached Residential District; Amending The Official Zoning Map Accordingly. Citizens wishing to address the Council regarding items on the posted agenda will be called to speak during the Council's consideration of such items. Citizens/visitors should complete an appearance card located on the table at the entrance to the City Council Chambers. Speakers must address their comments to the presiding officer rather than to individual Council members or staff; Stand at the podium, speak clearly into the microphone and state your name and address prior to beginning your remarks; Speakers will be allowed between 2 and 5 minutes for testimony; Speakers making personal, impertinent, profane or slanderous remarks may be removed from the room; Unauthorized remarks from the audience, stamping of feet, whistles, yells and similar demonstrations will not be permitted; No placards, banners or signs will be permitted in the Chambers or in any other room in which the Council is meeting. In accordance with the State Open Meetings Act, the City Council is restricted from discussing or taking action on items not listed on the agenda. Action can only be taken at a future meeting. The City Secretary's Office may occasionally post agendas for social functions, conventions, workshops, ceremonial events or press conference; however, there is no legal requirement to do so and in the event a social function, convention, workshop, ceremonial event or press conference is not posted by the City Secretary's Office, nothing shall preclude a quorum of the City Council from gathering as long as "deliberations" within the meaning of the Texas Open Meetings Act do not occur.
