all matters on this agenda to which the City Attorney has a duty under the
Texas Rules of Discipline and Professional Conduct regarding confidential
communication with the City Council.
• Settlement of Gold Medal Pool Claim
• Section 551.087 to discuss Economic Development.
3. Council will reconvene in open session to consider action, if any, on matters

A Private Entity For The Purpose Of Development Or Re-Development.
*23. Consider A Resolution For An Economic Development Agreement With Pratt
& Whitney Engine Leasing, LLC, IAE International Aero Engines AG, and
PW100G-JM Engine Leasing, LLC, Located At 1505 Wallace Drive.
*24. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into A
Single-Family Rehabilitation Grant Incentive Agreement On One Eligible
Property Located Within A Neighborhood Empowerment Zone, In A Total
