Consider A Resolution Declaring A Public Need And Necessity For The Acquisition Of Certain Property Rights Necessary For The Construction Of The Sidewalk Improvements Project Located At The Intersection Of Keller Springs Road And Carmel Drive; Authorizing The Acquisition Of The Property Rights Necessary For Fee Simple Right-Of-Way And The Construction In Said Right-Of-Way; And Authorizing The City Manager To Initiate Negotiations For The Acquisition Of Said Property Rights For Public Purposes. *13.
