Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Negotiate And Execute Contract Amendment No. 2 With O’Brien Engineering, Inc. For Additional Services For The Design Of Entryway Monument Signs Related To The Monument Sign Refreshment Program And For Additional Design Services For The Screening Wall Infill Program In The Amount Of $44,220.00, Increasing The Total Contract To An Amount Not To Exceed $155,674.00. *10. Consider A Resolution In Support Of Dallas Area Rapid Transit Resolutions No. 210050 And 210062 Related To Right-Of-Way Requirements For The Silver Line Commuter Railroad Alignment; Providing For Authorization To Exercise Eminent Domain To Acquire Right-Of-Way Within The Corporate Limits; Providing For A Severability Clause; Providing For A Repealing Clause And Providing An Effective Date.
