Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Execute An Amendment To The Lease With Frost Bank For The Use of City-Owned Property Located At 1111 West Belt Line Road, Also Known As The Gravley Center. *17. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into A Demolition Grant And Rehabilitation Incentive Agreement On An Eligible Property Located Within A Neighborhood Empowerment Zone, In A Total Grant Amount Not To Exceed $18,844.14.
