Hearing of any citizen/visitor on items listed on the regular meeting agenda. Citizens wishing to address the Council regarding items not on the posted agenda will be called to speak during the Public Forum. Citizens/visitors should complete an appearance card located on the table at the entrance to the City Council Chambers.
