CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code § 54956.8, to enable the Housing Authority to consider negotiations with The Pacific Companies (Mike Kelley), with whom the Housing Authority is negotiating, and to give direction to its negotiators Cecil Rhambo, Assistant Executive Director and Barry Waite, Acting Community Development Director regarding that certain real property known as 21205 Main Street, Carson, CA. The Authority's real property negotiator will seek direction from the Authority Board regarding the price, conditions and terms of payment for the property.
